The fairways are generous to give the golfer space to circumvent the bunkering and challenging greens. The real challenge is positioning off the tee – the pin position dictates the area on the fairway to be on. Conditioning is always top quality, established by the joint Western and Thai Managers to USGA standard. The greens of the latest Tiff-Eagle variety give smooth and fast putting surfaces. Normal green speed is 10.5 to 11.5 feet on the stimpmeter.
